I sent my parcel through Paxi at Pep Home in Killarney. When my sister received and opened the package, she discovered that some of the items that had been packed inside the same small bag were missing and appeared to have been ******. I returned to the store to enquire about the matter, but I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I then requested access to the CCTV footage, and the employee initially stated that the cameras were not working. However, she later changed her statement and advised that the CCTV footage could only be provided to the police once I had opened a case and obtained a case number. The consultant who assisted me on the day I sent the parcel was named Bethuel.

We need negative number to rate pep. Went to pep home at the grove mall! Bought x6 small glasses because there was a big red price on the shelve labelled as R14.99 on those glasses, underneath the glass it was a price of R19.00 got to the till and they said no it’s R19.00 and I asked why is there big red price on the shelve for R14.99 they mentioned it’s “from” I asked where is the “from”and they couldn’t answer even with the manager they just said “ke se pep” besides given the right or better explanation, I was caught up with attitude and rudeness both the person who worked at the till and the manager

So please make your elderly family members aware that maybe all PEP stores, but specifically N1 City PEP, is running a ****. On the 8th of May my parents went to PEP N1 City and did some shopping there and my father uses PEP couriers to send his works of art to people all over SA(which was the main reason they were there). Upon leaving the store, a lady with curly hair(he didn't get her name), approached him and said he won something and to follow her back into the store. He says he kept telling her he doesn't have time and needs to get home as a local customer of his was waiting for him. She kept insisting that they need to go see what he has won. He folded and followed her. Inside she asked for his ID and info and spoke to the cashiers then asked him which chocolates he liked and he said Nosh. She handed him two, one for him and one for my mom, and said that was his gift. On Friday, 15 May, my dad got an sms that he owes PEP R35 and to pay it by 30 May and there is a link on it I told him not to click as it looks suspicious. Today, 22 May, he got a chance to call to PEP helpline and speak to the staff there and he asked about this charge. The person on the line(again he doesn't have a name for her) asked if he ate the chocolates and he said yes to which the operater promptly told him that he then owes PEP R38 which is now apparently VAT added. He refuses to pay and I fully support this and will support him taking this to court if PEP even has the idea of persuing him. I strongly urge PEP to investigate this as this will most definitely be taken further by us PEP head office...your move
