Ordered from them in February 2026, with all products showing available. Got one email to report a delivery delay due to some products being out of stock. After that I had to follow up, with no feedback, no refund and no delivery to date. Wondering if this is a ****?!

Placed a order with The organic station 2 months for literally essential oils, I paid for my order and paid for my delivery, and they said it was being processed, suddenly they aren't replying to emails, I asked for a refund but they haven't responded at all, I'm really disappointed, atleast they can refund me if they can't complete my order.

I would give them a 0 rating, but that isn't an option. I ordered from them at the beginning of March and still nothing. When contacting them, the response is clearly a cut and paste response as it does not reply to the questions I have asked. It takes them a fair while to respond as well. I have now requested a refund, but I'm not holding out much hope. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is nothing more than a **** site that promises much, leads you on until the credit card payment is settled and then totally disappears. Stay away from this online site.

I placed an order 7 weeks ago and received half of the order and was told the other half would come within the week. I am yet to receive anything and am not receiving replies to my emails or whatsapps. It is a great pity as I was happy with the first half of the order - however this total lack of communication is not acceptable. Hence I cannot recommend and would urge the company to respond to its customers.

I placed an order on 9 March 2026 at The Organic Station. I've since then enquired numerous times via e-mail for updates and their excuses are that they are awaiting stock from supplier, however the website is showing items as 'available'. It has now been over 30 days and I requested a refund. E-mails to hello@organicstation bounce back as undeliverable and their customer service has been unresponsive regarding my refund. Their website indicates they are 5-star rated on Judge.me which I cannot believe as most of the reviews on Hellopeter are negative. Ironically, there is a Sponsored Ad for the same product that I ordered (with non-delivery) shown on this page of HelloPeter.
