Amazing service and excellent prices. When there was a supply issue with 2 of the products I ordered, I was contacted immediately and offered a refund or voucher for those products. Their customer service is a 10 for me and their products are fantastic. Highly recommended.
I would give them a 0 rating, but that isn't an option. I ordered from them at the beginning of March and still nothing. When contacting them, the response is clearly a cut and paste response as it does not reply to the questions I have asked. It takes them a fair while to respond as well. I have now requested a refund, but I'm not holding out much hope. DO NOT USE THEM.
My saga with MTN started in October 2015. I was billed for both my Wifi usage and Mobile usage. When queried I received a very finite, \our records show that all of the data was used on mobile\", pay the bill. I have the proof on my phone that the majority of the data was used on wifi. I was told that I am supposed to switch of mobile usage when using wifi despite my phone showing me that I am on wifi exclusively. This response is, in my humble opinion, ridiculous - how many people actually do this - and as I was never informed of this prior to the incidence, how was I supposed to know. This was an anomaly, it has not happened before and hasn't happened since. I have been blocked at all avenues I have pursued, and am unable to speak to anyone who is actually able to help me. Emails have been sent on my behalf, but I have not been ccd in on them as I am not allowed any contact details for the \"powers that be\". I have been a loyal MTN subscriber for over 12 years and have no idea how to proceed. I continue to be billed monthly, but have no service - I am unable to even receive calls and smses. Any advice, I am desperate! "
