Met a lovely young lady Lebo at East Rand Mall She was so warm and welcoming. Super calm but very helpful, I was shopping for my husbands birthday, she even wrote down a beautiful birthday card for my husband. I will never forget her. Everyone else was also good but she just stood out.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Old Khaki. I placed an order at the Ermelo store on 26 April 2026, but it was only confirmed on 29 April. To make matters worse, I only received notification on 4 May that the package had finally been handed over for shipping. This level of delay is unacceptable and far below the standard set by other retailers. The lack of efficiency and slow processing times make the entire experience frustrating. Based on this experience, their service is absolutely pathetic compared to other shops.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Old Khaki. I placed an order at the Ermelo store on 26 April 2026, but it was only confirmed on 29 April. What a horrible service I received. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 18/03/2026 and requested for my order to be delivered at the nearest store, to this day I haven't received any notification to pickup, even after contacting the store 3 times via email, and through call, the lady said the delivery is on the way, yesterday and it'll be delivered before 5pm, status still says "undelivered" for the second time now, wow I'm soo disappointed, at this point I'm just hoping to get my order...

I placed an order online for a sneaker and skirt on the 1st March 2026 and opted for my order to be delivered to the nearest store for collection. On the 3rd of March 2026 their customer care sent me an email saying that my order is delayed and should allow atleast 3 more days for delivery. To this day I haven't received my order, I tried calling their customer service line and that didn't bear any fruits. I emailed the customer care replying to the email they sent regarding the delay and I ask the progress of my order. The person that rep**** said they will follow-up with the courier company and find out what is the delay and they get back to me. I am still waiting for them to get back to me to this day, the event I was going to wear those things has passed even😡😡. I really believed in Old Khaki's service as it was not the 1st time I ordered online with them.

What a disappointing online experience. Went online ordered two shirts which showed available on their system, one shirt was R399 the other was R349 Total R748 so I had a voucher of R100 which I used and payed R650.44 so when they sent the order I received one shirt of R349 the other is out of stock no one from old khaki called to let me know if perhaps I would like an alternative I had to be the one to email and find out why are they sending one shirt when I ordered two, they reply by saying out of stock mind you on the app it was in stock, and it will take days to have it sorted out I opted for a refund as this is a gift for my husband I was disappointed. Now that they have refunded me no one called and communicated anything I just get a bank notification of R299 refund for a shirt of R399 what about the voucher used? Are they not supposed to ring the voucher with the available shirt and refund me back R399? Now they have R350 for the one shirt and my R100 voucher on their system for an order of R350 basically I paid R450 for a R349 shirt they don’t even offer me back my voucher of R100 which I can still use. The worst online store can you refund me back my R100 or give me back my voucher
