HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE!!!

What a horrible service I received. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 18/03/2026 and requested for my order to be delivered at the nearest store, to this day I haven't received any notification to pickup, even after contacting the store 3 times via email, and through call, the lady said the delivery is on the way, yesterday and it'll be delivered before 5pm, status still says "undelivered" for the second time now, wow I'm soo disappointed, at this point I'm just hoping to get my order...
