Hi i bought from them first time didnt had isues the second time i bought game pass i got a code that is wromg from india had saud to use a vpn but still dodnt work brought it under their attention still dod t work and not getting help or assistance from them to resolve the issue on the code they read the messages but they dont respond on whatsapp april helped me than got ignored afterwords i will not recommend these people as they ttake your money and send out **** codes

Watch out for MTCGAME
I bought a voucher from them, after authentication via google oauth2. They knew what my country of origin is and still sold me a voucher from turkey. They refuse to accept responsibility and rectify.

DONT USE MTCGAME
Bought from here before and voucher worked. Bought again and even if I change location I cannot use the voucher. They refuse to refund my money. Yet their Website says 100% guaranteed DONT BUY FROM THEM

Be aware
I bought a $50 dollar steam card from MTCGAME. Then I paid. There was no confirmation email so was concerned. Then I whasapp the MTCGAME. Then they told me to create biometric jpg with my credit cars credentials for verification. Told them I want a refund as I don't see myself creating an unlimited pass for them. No refund up to now. How is that for customer service.

Scams
I bought gift cards from the online, they let me make a payment of R3149,23 and disappeared with my money and no gift cards. Have all kind of stories on their support group and have 3 different numbers now from them, where they want me to send a selfie of me with my ID card, etc and you just don't hear from them again. The number they contact you from is on whatsup and it have their logo on their profile. You can't report because they just ignoring emails. They are a scam advertising products and stealing from people. People must be aware not to have the same experience because they are gone with my money.

not fair at all
Don't buy google gift vouchers here if you are from South Africa because it will give you the amount on the advert for ZAR but when they give you the code it is worthless can only be used in USA they will not refund you
