Thank you hellopeter for the community which seems to understand. Also the company was so moved that they asked me to remove the review. However good news. The card was delivered and I kind of understood the delay was because my area is high risk. However I thank the hellopeter community and hellopeter for the support. This is a good complaint lodging system. Thanks.

Card Delivery
It has been two weeks since I have waited for my card delivery. Apparently bank zero does not deliver at home. I was told that I must go to a nearby government institution SASSA and later police station to collect my card. It is such a mission to receive a bank zero card. I will not recommend anyone to apply for bank zero card.

Be aware
I bought a $50 dollar steam card from MTCGAME. Then I paid. There was no confirmation email so was concerned. Then I whasapp the MTCGAME. Then they told me to create biometric jpg with my credit cars credentials for verification. Told them I want a refund as I don't see myself creating an unlimited pass for them. No refund up to now. How is that for customer service.
