bought 15 avocados online from PNP Arbour Crossing and a lot of them were bad. Put in a complaint on the 18th of June. After 3 emails to PNP the store finally contacted me. They promised to refund me. To date I have not received any refund
Over 6 emails for information on their products and numerous promises that someone will get back to me I have still not had someone contact me as promised on WhatsApp Great products. **** service.

Purchased a Philips Wet & Dry Epilator Series 8000 from takelot. The Product has a 2 year warranty. The product is not working and has been assessed by an approved Philip service centre. I have been asked to log a return with takealot but takealot site does not allow you to return the product. Back and forth 4 weeks later and nothing has been done
I have had my bag broken into 3 times already this year. The first time I did not notice until I got home. The 2nd time i reported it and the Durban Office had the bag repaired. Now it has happened again at Lanseria and the Lanseria office refuses to have it repaired. This is unacceptable. I lock my bag not because I have valuables but because I don't like unknown people going through my bag. I will not be flying mango again until your team repairs my bag (like Durban did) and does something about the theft.
I took out a landline over 3 months ago and it was never activated. I have tried for the last 3 months to cancel this line and still am getting billed for the landline and the unit which i don't have.
I have tried cancelling my debit order at the store and through the call centre as I would like to make manual payments. A whole month later and no one can help me. Seriously i will not suggest telkom to anyone
