I went to buy a Karate suit, and the shop owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In the end i even got a discount, coming in under the prices i found on TakeAlot. They also sell kit for most sport. I recommend them.

So I drove 150km to this place to purchase a training javelin for my daughter who is close to provincial meet. Purchased on the 15th Feb 2024. On the Monday 18th Feb when I took her to practice we noticed a deformity obviously factory fault. While warming up the javelin bent on first through at this weakened area. I contacted them immediately reporting the problem. For an entire week I was given the run around, calling no answer on 4 different numbers. Then requested to send pictures via whatsapp no response after. Then got another number to call when person answers he will call back and never does so on Sunday 25 Feb I drove back to the shop. I explained my disappointment to the employee present that day that I had to drive again because of poor service. Only to be confronted by 3 things. First the employee refused to contact his manager and stated if I don't want to talk to him there is my javelin and there is the door leave. Secondly he refused to contact manager and made me call him obviously the guy will not pick up his phone as he does not know the number. Lastly I was informed that there is no return/replacements they are sorry to hear. Now today 26 Feb the manager messaged me and basically stated we have zero quality control and sell substandard products to the public because we have poor service and do not care to replace. I will use this info and communicate on all the school athletics and sports channels and social media describing their work and sales ethics

I have been dealing with Tenth Sport for the last 2 years now and I do not have one complaint. They are friendly, they are reliable, they give discounts and they are consistent. Thank you, Ahmed, for the excellent service I have and always receive from you! Their prices are very good and their service is good. I have been dealing with Tenth Sport for the last 2 years now and I do not have one complaint. They are friendly, they are reliable, they give discounts and they are consistent. Thank you, Ahmed, for the excellent service I have and always receive from you! Their prices are very good and their service is good. If I could give them a zero I would. Absolutely horrific experience. Gave me instructions about sizing only to switch up my custom tracksuits and give me sizes that were too small. When I wanted it corrected, they told me no. My tracksuits were supposed to arrive 10 days later. Received them only after a month and a half - no one communicated any delays with me. I had to continuously contact the store. Total disregard to the Consumer Protection Act - very disappointed because this is people's hard earned money they are playing with.

DO NOT, I repeat.....DO NOT buy online from this company. You never receive your items. When you start making enquiries they come back to you with alot of false promises. These guys are BIG crooks!

I purchased an item using the website for Tenth Sports on 11 May, paid the amount, the delivery fee, and received a message that delivery would take up to 5 business days. After not hearing from them I emailed them on the email given on their website (on 17 May), and multiple times since then. While receiving an answer each time, the reason for the delay of the purchase keeps changing and I have yet to receive a delivery day nor a tracking number. The request to have my money refunded has also been ignored.
