Order Not Delivered After 8 Months – No Resolution
I placed an order with Luminara Pure in August 2025 and, despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the product as of April 2026. Tracking updates were inconsistent, and I was repeatedly assured the parcel was “in transit.” In January 2026, I was advised that my case would be reviewed and a refund process initiated—yet no further feedback or resolution has been provided. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others before placing an order, as there appears to be a significant risk of non-delivery with no meaningful support.

Unhappy Customer
Hi I have received my orders, but it's not what was advertised. The teeth are completely useless and the glasses don't do what they're supposed to. I am very disappointed and unhappy, I have paid for these products and I will never order anything again or recommend this to anyone. I would be happy if I could return the products and get a full refund. This was advertised on Tik Tok. I ordered adjustable eyeglasses in December 2025. I saw their ad on Facebook, and it looks like I, too, was ****ned like the other people complaining here.I paid R400.00 + R41.50 to the Post Office for cheap plastic, and it's not focusing, it's worth under R40.00 in the Chinese Shop

Disgraceful
I wish there was a 0 rating for this company. I paid so much money for a nice Christmas present for my husband. I placed my order last year October. Firstly, they asked me for my address. The parcel was not delivered to my address as stated on the form. That wasn't the worst part! When I received my order, it was one of those plastic toy teeth that kids normally wear for Halloween. I sent an email to the company complaining and asked for my money back as it did state 'money back guaranteed'. Sadly, I received a response from AI named Hammad. He responded with the following... *Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your frustration 😔 I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order. We will be sending you a replacement product soon, so please kindly be patient while we prepare and ship it 📦✨.
