I placed an order with Luminara Pure in August 2025 and, despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the product as of April 2026.
Tracking updates were inconsistent, and I was repeatedly assured the parcel was “in transit.” In January 2026, I was advised that my case would be reviewed and a refund process initiated—yet no further feedback or resolution has been provided.
This experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others before placing an order, as there appears to be a significant risk of non-delivery with no meaningful support.
