Order Not Delivered After 8 Months – No Resolution
I placed an order with Luminara Pure in August 2025 and, despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the product as of April 2026. Tracking updates were inconsistent, and I was repeatedly assured the parcel was “in transit.” In January 2026, I was advised that my case would be reviewed and a refund process initiated—yet no further feedback or resolution has been provided. This experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others before placing an order, as there appears to be a significant risk of non-delivery with no meaningful support.

MARAKENG ONLINE = SCAM / FRAUDSTERS
Very frustrated with Marakeng Online Store, they do not reply to emails and do not return any messages but damn they are quick to process a payment for a purchase!!!!! This site must be reported to the authorities, ITS A SCAM. I ordered a product on 16 January 2023, they debited my account but no information on the delivery, no contact, no replies !!!!!!!

This must be a scam! No reply to emails or messages, no answer to calls and no tracking information available on pending deliveries BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY!!!!!
