U ordered adjustable eye glasses ijn December 2025. A clown naned Hammad sent an email to say rhe order was shipped. I saw their ad on Facebook and it looks like I too was ****ned like the other people that are complaining here. Leave them in God's hands.
I see some bad reviews here abour Tacticaldefence Store. To be honest I have received nothing but excellent service from them. Bought a pistol and blank bullets. The only issue I had was with the courier that werw 2 days late. When I contacted Tacticaldefence Store, they apologized and assured me that they will contact the courier company which they did. Got my delivery the next day.. This was in 2022 and if things have gone bad since, then they are probably under new bad management
My Dad have a contract with Vodacom and the account was in good standing until the company my Dad was working for, closed down and everyone was retrenched in February 2025. We contacted vodacom in March of 2025 and informed them of my Dad's employment status, and also requested a settlement amount to cancel the contract. We were told by Vodacom that they are unable to assist us as the account was Not in arrears. Strange right? So eventuality when the account went into arrears we called Vodacom again and they said we need to pay the arrears before cancelation can happen. We paid the arrears, and requested the settlement amount to cancel. Vodacom was not forthcoming with the settlement amount, instead they kept billing my Dad monthly, regardless of our request for a settlement amount. Naturally the account went into arrears again as by June 2025 my Dad reached his retirement age and also fell ill. Every time I tried to get the settlement amount from Vodacom, they kept giving us the run-around. Recently my Dad received an email from HP Attorney's requesting payment of the arrears. I emailed them back saying I want the full settlement amount so that I can pay-up this account. My Dad has since fallen ill and is now bed ridden and we as the kids decided to further handle and communicate with HP Attorney's. HP Attorneys also started to call my Dad every single day, to a point where I had to remove the sum card from the phone. To date, we have not received the settlement amount and we are being sent from pillar to post. Seemingly Vodacom is generating more interest by keeping contracts open. We don't understand why they can not provide us with a settlement amount so that we can close this account once and for all. Their customer service agents are not helpful. Cancelations department wants us to first pay the arrears before we can get a settlement amount. How does that even make sense?

My advice is to recharge on the Waka TV App itself. Your account recharge will be activated in minutes, safe and secure. But it is entirely up to you if you want to purchase a voucher from a "re-seller" I personally recharge on the App itself. Reseller vouchers range from R140 - R200. Wakatv website is currently on R147. It can increase or decrease depending on the rand value. So those of you who had a bad experience with re-sellers, please buy recharge vouchers directly from the Waka TV website on the App itself. Some people say IPTV is good, maybe so, but the IPTV basic package costs R240pm and Premier packages more. Waka TV don't have basic or Premier packages. I agree with all the reviews here because I am now a victim of Buffalo Logistics too. They posted that I received my parcel, but I did not. I think their drivers are a bunch of *******. They report parcels have been delivered and their system closes it off as received by customer. I contacted Buffalo, and they said that the delivery I see on the App is the delivery to their warehouse and I must wait for the courier to deliver the parce. I called again and was informed that my parcel was mistakenly send to another depot and the it will be collected there. The third time another buffalo agent insited that the parcel was delivered as it shows on their system. The problem is, their drivers deliver/ hand over parcels without asking or recording or asking for any form of Identity. I have ordered from Temu a few times and my parcels were handed to me without the driver checking if i am the recipient. Their system is flawyed and that is a huge loophole for theft. Temu provusely apologised saying they have no control over the courier company and that I need to sort my issue out with them. What is worse is their is no answer on their whatsapp number and you are on hold forever on their landline. Their drivers are *****ing the parcels because their tracking system on delivering is up to **** and they are not held accountable. The profile picture on their whatsapp number is a guys and his wife. He responded once saying that he is only responsible for delivering. And that was the only message I receive. Yes they read your messages and choose not to reply. Unfortunately Temu is a greatv online store, but Buffalo logistics is tarnishing their name and preety soon Temu will loose customers due to the incompetancies and dishonesty of the staff at Buffalo Logistincs
I have been a shopper at Brights Hardware in Watergate Mitchells Plain, and I want to recommend this hardware store. Not only is it super clean and spacious, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Fe all the time I have shopped there, or even just walked in there to browse, I left there with a smile. As someone who always write reviews and give 5 stars where it is due, I unfortunately cannot say anything good about Standard Bank Insurance. I have an urgent matter to resolve regarding my estate and it is impossible to get hold of someone in their Disease Estate Department to give me guidance as to which documents to submit to get my late partners name off the property. I have called them countless times and are put on hold by an automated answering service. The hold is forever, and the automated voice comes on every now and then saying that some of the consultants are still working from home? Since we were in Covid Lockdown? Or are they just to lazy to change the auto reply? I have used hundreds of Rands on airtime and still do not get someone on the line. I have given up and decided to complain here on Hello Peter.

Unfortunately I fell victim to these ****mers too. I purchased an item from their website and paid with my everyday savings debit card. Now they keep in deducting small amounts which is undetectable from my account Luckily this is a card where I keep no more than R500 in. Now I had to close my account because they have my details.My bank us now investigating. I don't understand with all the complaints here no-one has clamped down on them yet.
I see bad reviews about WD and I purchased from them 3 times. I was even able to combine 2 orders to save on shipping. I think its a one owner store but not sure. But I san honestly say, they always delivered and on time too. Bidorbuy guarantees satisfaction or your money back. So if Wonderful deals have done you wrong, then I am really sorry.
