Very poor service . Owner has a bad attitude, not willing to be ethical . Works inefficiently with landlords who subscribe to submeter prepaid services . Pays late , if you complain about incorrect rates or under recovery they have difficulty explaining why . Not sure if they are educated about the business they run . When you request to move your meters to another service provider , owner gets nasty . He threatens and sometimes shuts off meter unless you pay an exorbitant fee for a key change token . These tokens cost between R150 and R300 with other companies but he requests R1000 per meter. Leaves nasty voicemail messages, fortunately for us we now have proof of his business practices.Some of the meters like electricity meters cost R100 per meter yet he requests R1000 for the key change tokens . It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and the owner . We are now currently seeking legal advise to recover all costs this company made us incur . Beware .

Very bad experience at Lizaforce Electrical. Staff unhelpful and lack of knowledge on price and products they offer. Very poor and and ********* returns policy that weakens customer relationships. A poor returns policy will affect customers who have purchased items and may want to return them, leading to dissatisfaction and potential disputes. Lizaforce Electrical must be investigated by the CPA for unfair practice.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE CHATSWORTH AREA. THEIR STANDARDS ARE FLAWED. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THEY PRODUCTS AND THEY DONT CONFORM TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (https://labourguide.co.za/general/the-consumer-protection-act-your-guide-to-consumer-rights-a-how-to-protect-them ) TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, WHEN YOU TAKE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BACK THEY TRY AND PROVE TO YOU THAT THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE BY CONNECTING IT IN YOUR PRESCENCE, THEREBY TRYING BY ALL MEANS NOT TO REFUND YOU. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A RETURNS POLICY. GO FIGURE? THESE SENTIMENTS ARE SHARED BY ALL THE STAFF ALONG WITH THE OWNER AS WELL. WHO COULDN'T CARE LESS. WHAT THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT AS A CONSUMER OUR RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED BY THIS ACT. STAY AWAY! WE CERTAINLY DO NOT NEED A 'BACK DOOR' COMPANY LIKE THIS SERVICING THE CHATWORTH COMMUNITY. Very bad customer service. We have been without electricity for more than 24 hours now because they fail to give us a voucher to update their Metre. Agents are telling us to take a video while punching their voucher. What childiness is that. Don't ever go for Lizaforce. They have bad customer service.

A special call-out for excellent customer service by Rose Biyela. I had the fortune to engage with Rose Biyela when I bought the prepaid meters and again when I needed to understand how this prepaid system works. Rose is a megastar and a great asset to LizaForce Electrical. Very very pleased

Very Bad customer care- Returns policy not in line with Consumer Protection Act. If you return an item they automatically charge you 10% fees and you only get refunded your purchase price less 10%. When you receive a credit note just be-careful when buying with it as they don't give you a receipt, they just sign off on the credit note, so if there are issues with the product, you don't have a receipt to produce and hence they tell you that the warranty is invalid. Staff are very polite when selling their products but when it comes to returns of their inferior quality products , they become staff very defensive. IMS electrical are much better when it comes to water meters and prepaid meters. PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR YOUR PURCHASE AND KEEP IT SAFE FOR RETURNS AND BE PREPARED TO PART WITH 10% OF PURCHASE PRICE.
