On the 10th of September I had an accident, hit by someone who is insured with New National. I claimed as a 3rd party. I was told to go do quotes, which I did. They sent an assessor. We are approaching the 3rd month now, my car hasn't been fixed. Every time when I send an email to Kiara and Pratima, I am told that they will settle the matter the next day or following week. I dont know how many days and weeks have passed now without my issue being settled. I have paper trail with all their promising emails, but my car is still not fixed even to date. I am just wondering what type of insurance company that deals with people in this manner. At this stage, I even doubt there is an insurance company called New National. I have never recieved such a bad service.
Very bad customer service. We have been without electricity for more than 24 hours now because they fail to give us a voucher to update their Metre. Agents are telling us to take a video while punching their voucher. What childiness is that. Don't ever go for Lizaforce. They have bad customer service.
