Based on recent customer reviews, INN8 is facing significant dissatisfaction from both individual clients and financial advisers. Customers consistently mention prolonged delays in processing withdrawals, transfers, and tax-free account migrations, often stretching over weeks or months. A recurring theme is poor communication, with promised callbacks rarely materialising and emails being ignored or misrouted. Advisers describe systemic operational errors, conflicting information from support staff, and a lack of accountability from management. A smaller positive voice highlights INN8 as a useful adviser tool with helpful team support, but this sentiment is heavily outweighed by frustration.

I wanted to open a tax free savings account so i asked my financial advisor from liberty group to advice on how and where. She told me abut INN8 and recommended that i open my TFS with INN8. We started the process and she then sent me banking details for me to make payment into the INN8 account. I made a payment of R47000 into that account on 8 April 2026. On Monday 3rd of May i had an emergency and asked my financial advisor from liberty how i can withdraw the money. She adviced that she would put in a withdrawal for me and informed me that the money would reflect in my bank account within 5 to working 7 days. On 7 May (5 days later) i asked her which bank account the money would reflect as i had not provided them with banking details. She told me she had just been in communication with INN8 and the next step in the process was for me to send them my banking details. I then provided her with my banking details. On Monday 11 May i asked my financial advisor for an update at 10 in the morning. She did not call or get back to me so i called INN8 and was told that my funds had not been allocated, the lady said she can see all y documents but the funds had not been allocated. I sent my financial advisor a message after getting off the call and told her what i had been told. she then escalated the matter to her manager as she indicated that she had tried to get of INN8 for weeks with no luck. On Tuesday 12 May i was told that they are looking into the matter and later on was told that my funds were now reflecting and was told about a lengthy process that would mean an additional 5 days. I sent an email to my financial advisor requesting that this matter be treated with urgency as i had already waited more than 7 days. I further requested that they send back my money even if it meant that i forfeit the interest. I requested that since i had made a notice for withdrawal on the 3rd of May, can i please get my money back latest Friday 15 May. Today is the 19 of May (12 working days later) and i have not received my money back, nor has anyone bothered to update me on what is happening, no one from INN8 or Liberty Group sees it necessary to let me know what is happening with my money. I am beyond irritated, i regret opening that tax free saving with INN8 and i regret taking advice from my financial advisor from Liberty because right now it just looks like im on my own.

I’ve been trying to move my tax free account for almost 2 months now. It’s still not done and the service is so bad. I’m so frustrated. If you have money with them, my advice would be move it…. I’m starting to think there is ***** going on at Inn8 the off times they lie.

I am beyond frustrated with the shocking level of service and complete disregard for communication from Inn8. In mid-September 2025, Thinus assured me that Chris and Lara would contact me to assist with moving my book. That never happened. I followed up repeatedly on 26 September, 14 October, and again on 5 December 2025 — each time being given empty promises that they would reach out. To date, nothing. The situation has only worsened. On 2 February 2026, I contacted them regarding ongoing fee reversals for (lump sum) — no response. My brokerage followed up on 10 March 2026 regarding ongoing fees — again, completely ignored. On 13 March 2026, I escalated the matter and copied Chris, Lara, and Michael directly. Read receipts confirmed the emails were seen, yet still no response. This is not just poor service — it is blatant negligence and a total lack of accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in the financial services industry where clients’ interests should be a priority. I expect immediate engagement and a clear resolution to this matter.

Anyone looking to invest with this company...DONT. Their systems are ALWAYS offline. Agents say they will call you back but never do. I've been trying to withdraw my funds for almost a month and have been sent from pillar to post. They have a don't care attitude and deserve to be shut down for treating their clients so poorly.

I am lodging this complaint to highlight the ongoing service failures, negligence, and unacceptable delays my client and I have experienced with Inn8/Stanlib. On 29 October, we initiated a withdrawal on behalf of my client. As of today, more than a month later, the matter is still unresolved. I have had to call Inn8 four times in one day just to get an update. Despite repeated promises of call-backs, none were received. During my fourth call (Reference 303672), I was informed that a system fault had occurred and that Inn8 only app**** for the required tax directive 36 days after the withdrawal process began. This delay was entirely due to their internal system failure, not ours. Clients should not be subjected to this level of inefficiency. The lack of accountability and communication has become a recurring issue. I have advised my client to document any financial losses or damages suffered during this period, as these may be taken up at the relevant tribunal. No client should bear losses caused by administrative negligence. This is not an isolated incident. I have been waiting 79 days for Inn8 to follow up regarding the migration of my book—still no contact. I previously raised concerns about negligence and dishonest practices within the Inn8 group. While acknowledgement was given and solutions were promised, 45 days later none of these commitments have been honoured. To add to this, several of my client transfers have remained outstanding for nearly 10 months. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and failure to resolve basic operational matters have made it extremely difficult to continue defending or recommending this platform to clients. I am sharing this publicly so other clients and advisers are aware of the challenges faced, and so that Inn8/Stanlib may finally address these ongoing issues with the seriousness they deserve.

As an adviser, INN8 is a great tool to have, being able to save on long complicated application processes and are range of different types of investments. The support from the INN8 teams is fantastic compared to other companies that i have worked with in the past.
