Shocking quality and customer service
If there was a -5 stars that's what I would rate this company. Please save your sanity and do not use them. Their 'repair work' lasted exactly 2 months. And no guarantee. When I reported the exact area they had repaired had broken, they want to charge me again. Shocking customer service levels. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.

If there was a -5 stars that's what I would rate this company. Please save your sanity and do not use them. Their 'repair work' lasted exactly 2 months. And no guarantee. When I reported the exact area they had repaired had broken, they want to charge me again. Shocking customer service levels. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.

NEVER USE THEM!!!
Never use these people! Started with a R11 000 just to repair a door after I told them a competitor will fix for R4000 suddenly they came down to the same price. *************! Best of all then they push you for R1250 call out fee, wont exit your driveway until its paid. Never again

NEVER USE THEM!!!
Never use these people! Started with a R11 000 just to repair a door after I told them a competitor will fix for R4000 suddenly they came down to the same price. *************! Best of all then they push you for R1250 call out fee, wont exit your driveway until its paid. Never again

hidden costs - beware
They do not disclose all the costs upfront. I called to get a quote from them, after they provided the quote they said they will charge me with a call out fee. Also their first quote was for R9k, then soon after they reduced it to R5k, the closest competitor's price was R4.5k. Do not even try them

I wish to formally lodge a complaint against Garage Door Repairs 247 (Registration number: 2025/873744/07) regarding ********* and unauthorized service practices. I requested assistance for a garage door motor issue and was attended to by a technician named Arno. Without conducting a proper inspection, he advised that the motor required repairs and indicated a potential cost of up to R3,500. I declined the repair after establishing that a replacement motor would be significantly more affordable. Subsequently, I was informed that the repair had already been authorized and completed—without my consent—and that I was liable for payment. Despite clearly disputing this, I was pressured into paying R2,650 in order to retrieve my motor. Garage Door Repairs 24/7 -No Service Delivery - Unprofessional Business Conduct.
Garage Door Repairs 24/7 The most unprofessional "company" I have ever dealt with. Garage Door Repairs 24/7 quoted to repair my door panel which I accepted. They did not deliver as quoted. When I requested my door panel to be returned, their true colours of their business operation was revealed. I have not had my garage door panel returned - more than a month now. From the reception to the management, they have no idea of customer relations, service-delivery, and customer satisfaction. They operate in a very ***** and secretive way, no physical address for their workshop and offices, no company registration no. on their letterhead, no proper and full names of their personnel. They also appear to use subcontracted technicians with unmarked vehicles as part of this scheme. They are very evasive on the telephone and sometimes do not return calls or answer their phones. They are sometimes rude on the telephone and lie to cover for their service non-delivery. This is a heads-up for anyone who may want to use or do business for these ***** operators.

Poor service delivery
Still no refund and no garage door u claim u cant refund me as u don't have another client that want to buy the stock standard white door, u don't respond on phone calls and u don't respond on messages. please prove to be a reputable business and deliver the garage door owed to me.

I made a 70% deposit for the installation of a garage door and motor. They were supposed to do the installation 2 days later. It's now more than a month and still nothing!!! They are ****mers and *******. Stay away!! They also go under Mafia garage doors etc. Excuse after excuse. When you ask them for their address, they won't give it to you!!! STAY AWAY

Worst garage door service
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. I have had to call them out 5 times to fix their own work, and each time the service has been worse. Missed appointments, no communication, and total disregard for my time. When I finally spoke to the manager, he was always aware of what was going on. Eventually they claimed my motor was faulty—even though it worked fine before their repairs—and then tried to sell me a new one. They took my motor to run a diagnostic, kept it for a week and wanted to charge me a call-out fee just to reinstall it, which was never communicated upfront. Guarantees mean nothing here. When I paid for their service I had to do an immediate payment - the word immediate does not feature in their service.
