hidden costs - beware
They do not disclose all the costs upfront. I called to get a quote from them, after they provided the quote they said they will charge me with a call out fee. Also their first quote was for R9k, then soon after they reduced it to R5k, the closest competitor's price was R4.5k. Do not even try them

Why I will never make use of MCentre again
Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a flat bed that damaged my vehicle, now my air suspension of the vehicle is leaking. I asked just for a diagnosis on what the causes could be for the damaged air suspension, but the owner started saying to the people around him that all I want to do is insurance fraud. This is was caused me to then tell him exactly what I think about him and I would gladly rather go somewhere else. He wanted to have an attitude still. I will never again go back to this company, nor would I ever again say anything positive about this company. Cheap prices perhaps...but the worst service possible.
