If there was a -5 stars that's what I would rate this company. Please save your sanity and do not use them. Their 'repair work' lasted exactly 2 months. And no guarantee. When I reported the exact area they had repaired had broken, they want to charge me again. Shocking customer service levels. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.
I recently transferred a fund to 10X. Although there was a delay by the transferring company, I received outstanding service from Londiwe Makhubu at 10X, throughout the process. She was efficient and proactive and kept me informed every step of the way. Her follow-up and commitment ensured everything was finalised in the end. I appreciate her professionalism and support.
Complete disrespect for patients time. Booked an appointment for 7.45am. Waited 1 hour 15 mins (and yes, the dr. was there), no explanation, no apologies. Eventually left without seeing the Dr. well because.. us mere mortals also need to earn a living. How is it possible to run that late so early in the morning?
Shocking excuse for non payment of claim, and no response to repeated emails. Have cancelled my policy with them, and as a consequence of the relationship, closed bank accounts with Standard Bank.
