I paid for some motion activated lights. After a week, I mailed to say please rather refund me, because I needed the lights earlier. Up until then, I've not even received any notification of if or when lights will ship. I asked for the refund on 23 April, it's now 22 May, a month after the initial request. Karl who works at Future Light is as useless as most governments, and to date, I don't have my refund. They are a bunch of ****mers and next step will be a case with the police.

Had to give a star… but so far doesn’t even deserve one… we ordered on the 7th of April, today is the 14th… a week later… (The company is in Cape Town- should take 2 days to ship.) …my daughter’s party is on Friday the 17th… we don’t need this light we ordered after that. My husband has phoned and apparently no one has received or seen his email before that. They said they will sort it out, ship it out by Tuesday(today) 2 days later- still no email to say the lights have been shipped…. Horrible communication and we are super worried we won’t get this in time… then came and saw all the bad reviews. Going to the bank tomorrow to reverse this payment. PLEASE PlEASE PLEASE don’t get caught like all of us. Make sure you read the reviews. Shame on you. Future Light!!!!!! Letting people down like this.

Doesn't even deserve a star, you order things on the website and they tell you they must still get them from the supplier and everytime you follow up it's a different story now I'm only getting the stuff on Monday but they told me last week it will be Thur I wonder what's going to be the story when Monday comes Never ordering from them again

Worst worst worst customer service Ordered a light more than a week ago was suppose to be delivered 3-5 working days i had to phone and phone we have send multiple mails they have send the parcel to late and we are still waiting we needed the light for easter weekend what are we suppose to do now the light has been paid

Same experience as other commenters... They do not respond to emails. I also phoned several times, each time they said that they needed to check and will get back to me - which they did not. The first, and only, response I received from them was more than 2 weeks after placing the order, stating that their supplier does not have stock. I am still waiting for the refund I requested. Save your time & money and buy elsewhere.

i purchased items from Future light, paid for it in April online and plan to collect from their office in cape town in June. in June we decided that we no longer require the items so we cancelled our order without collecting the items. the company is refusing to refund us our money. the have the items and our money. we intend filing ********s charges against them for theft.....
