Poor service

Doesn't even deserve a star, you order things on the website and they tell you they must still get them from the supplier and everytime you follow up it's a different story now I'm only getting the stuff on Monday but they told me last week it will be Thur I wonder what's going to be the story when Monday comes Never ordering from them again

On the 18th of Mar I took a call from Outsurance for an Insurance quote I was helped by Siya Gwaza,she was great kept me interested in the call and they way she explained everything making examples so friendly and even after the call she answered my emails promptly Great service from her must say 👏

Bought sneakers in Nov and they don't fit logged a return online they took forever to respond not accepting the return with no explanation sent an emailing asking as I had logged the return within 30 business days of receiving the order till to date no response Not happy with this kind of service at all terrible

Worst service ever received from them to date

Terrible service I have been buying from them for years and never had issues before until now Bought airfryer in Nov that is not doing what it's suppose to do, I logged a return with them and they told me that I used it obviously how was I gonna know it doesn't work without using it I contacted the supplier and they said takealot must give me a new one as it is still under warranty But they are stalling things I still haven't received the one sent back which is the one that's not working And this thing of dealing with different and to have to explain the same thing over and over is just draining on its own

So disappointed at chicken licken Gqeberha with my order today,bought 2 lunch deal and only received one but they put 2 cans of coke guess they did that so you don't think to check your order and you think it's right Didn't think they also ***** people's orders and was so looking forward to my supper now it is ruined because now who must eat who must watch

The medical aid doesn't want to pay for my HPV vaccine,how can they not want to pay for something that I want to take to protect myself from Cervical Cancer There are no restrictions on the benefits but when you want to claim they tell you about the age
