I paid for some motion activated lights. After a week, I mailed to say please rather refund me, because I needed the lights earlier. Up until then, I've not even received any notification of if or when lights will ship. I asked for the refund on 23 April, it's now 22 May, a month after the initial request. Karl who works at Future Light is as useless as most governments, and to date, I don't have my refund. They are a bunch of ****mers and next step will be a case with the police.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My original order was done on 3 May 2020. Delivery was scheduled for mid May. I didn't get the item on the scheduled day and only after I called them, I was told it's out of stock and the supplier must confirm stock. I immediately cancelled the order. I got a notification on 28 May that the refund has been processed and will reflect within 7 working days in my account. That was today, of course the money does not reflect. You can try to call or e-mail them, no one answers anyway. Where's my money that you had for more than a month?!!
I placed an order on Black Friday with delivery to Northgate Hypermarket the next day. Not only did I not get my entire order, but I was charged for the entire order. Numerous calls from my side to Northgate Hypermarket and online and also emails have not resolved the matter. I still don't have the missing items more than a werk after order and I've not been contacted as promised. Pick 'n pay online is useless as well as Sarah at Northgate. Don't lie to me and say they'll contact me for delivery because they never will! But taking money is apparently very easy.
I cancelled my contract with MWEB last year October, my contract ended 30 November. They managed my ADSL line and had to hand it back to Telkom after cancellation. Mid December I get an sms from Telkom saying the line is in the holding pool and I must let the new provider now to take it up. I go to Telkom Cresta branch to tell them to take up the line, make it a 10MB line, I'll get a service provider for the data.

The line is up and running about 5 days later. About the 18th of January the line dies, nothing, zip. I go back to Telkom branch in Cresta and they say the line is in a holding pool, WTF?! I say I came to the branch on 2 January to tell Telkom to manage the line, how can that be? No, they don't know, I must ask the service provider, I say the service provider has nothing to do with it, they have the data only, not the line management. So they setup the line again and now it's gonna take another 7 working days to get the line running again, not to mention that a technician had to come check the line 5 times last year already.

So Telkom cancelled my ADSL line after I told them to manage it and then I have to go back again and tell them to manage it?
