These guys have up and left us all hanging dry. It seems they are offlinr since last Thursday. I was promised things and they arr not answering and all online services seem suspended. I have yet to check tgeir Facebook feed for activity. This is not how South Africans conduct commerce and we are covered by laws. What is it that will happen to this business then? Am I going to get what I paid for?

Ordered 2 perfumes on the 1st March, received my order on the 3rd only to discover that there was just 1 perfume in the parcel and not 2 as ordered and paid for. I've emailed, phoned, post on their Facebook page and no one responds.They even delete Facebook posts when plp complain. Be warned. I'm still waiting for a response.

I purchased 3 fragrances last year and was really impressed, but after buying another 2 bottles as a Valentine's gift (refer Fastway review also sent today), I am SO disappointed. I sent an email on Friday afternoon and have received no acknowledgement. I have just tried calling the number on your website and am not able to speak to anyone, let alone leave a message. Before sending this, I have tried Fastway one last time. They can still not give me any further detail. Sadly, I see that I am not the only person on Hellopeter leaving a similar review. Your partnership has really let you down.

Bought a cologne on Wednesday the 27th, received in on Monday the 1st, in perfect condition and that to me is what matters. the waiting time was really short and enjoyed the good service. The perfume is marvelous. Definitely shopping again.

I bought two colognes from Fresh Fragrance but delivered only one. When I complained or rather brought it up with them they just kept quite. It's been 3 days now. I even sent them my proof of purchase.
