I was really excited to own a "55" Smart QD ULED TV (55U6H) on the 24th of May 2023. Today it's a month old and my set is covered in ink at the top from left to right side of the TV. Now I'm wondering, is this the reason Hisense has a four year warranty? π€ Initialy I wanted to buy a Samsung but somehow I listened to Hisense consultant and made a wrong move buy purchasing this brandπ‘π‘π‘. Only now I see reviews of this product. I'm really dissatisfied with the brand.

On June the 9th I went to Pep in Meadowlands. Wanted to send shoes to my son in Kroonstad using their Paxi service. I got there and I was helped by a lady named Sinazo. She captured my number and the receivers number and then asked me to confirm everything and I did. Five days later the receiver went to check the parcel at Maokeng Pep and she was told its not there yet. The following week she went again and same thing was said. Then came looting. I then thought maybe the pair of shoes I sent must have been looted. Now when I call Paxi head office they say to me my number and the receivers numbers were captured incorrectly hence neither of us couldn't get an sms to notify us. Now the worst is π‘π‘π‘ a consultant (NoxoloPhelazwane) I spoke with said to me the parcel was returned to Paxi after 14 days of not collecting and once me they were destroyed π‘. That's the R800 I spent on my kids shoes plus the R60 I spent to Courrier. On asking how best we could resolve this, she told me straight that there is nothing the company can do to help me. So I take it I have donated to the company. You know I even asked her why they never sent them back to the Pep Meadowlands because I even went there to look for themπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘MY HARD EARNED MONEY GONE DOWN THE DRAIN JUST LIKE THAT
On Saturday the 27th of March I was at Heidelberg Mall and decided to buy pizza. I was told to wait for my oder for 45 minutes which ended up being over an hour when I complained to the lady manager she asked the ladies at the kitcchen and made a mockery out of my order and unfortunately I could hear them telling her that there is nothing they can do and loughed about it whilst looking at them and didn't care how I felt even when she tried to repremind them. Orders that came after me left me there still waiting. I'm not sure but I think her name was Nomsa. At the till there was a short guy working on the day
I bought two colognes from Fresh Fragrance but delivered only one. When I complained or rather brought it up with them they just kept quite. It's been 3 days now. I even sent them my proof of purchase.
