Fastway Couriers should be named SlowWay Couriers (Disgusting Service)
This has to be the worse courier in history. My parcel took days before it was delivered, mind you it was an overnight delivery and my office is only 3km away from their Depot. I called their depot daily, every hour and no-one picked up the call. I decided to physically go to the depot and was told the parcel is out with the driver. The worse part out of all this, the driver called me at 17:05 as said because it's after 5pm, he'll delivery the parcel the next day. I was furious and told him to bring my parcel within the next 30 minutes or I'll open a case of theft again him and the company. The ******* came and was rude and so unprofessional. Didn't even apologize whatsoever. To this company, What kind of people do ya'll have working at this company? Do you've any idea what customer service is? Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting! My advice to anyone who makes of courier companies, AVOID this company at all cost.
