After getting approved for the loan it took them 3 weeks to let me know they need additional paperwork and that my paperwork i did submit was in the wrong format. They obviously dont want to do business

I had the worst experience with FinYou finance company. My loan amount was around R18k to get a engagement ring made. I sent in all my documents and a letter from my company stating that I do work for them. After trying to contact them numerous times after all my documents was handed in I finally got a reply. The said my bank statements are too far back and I need to send them updated ones. I did do that whole process once more and 3 weeks later , which is today. They told me my application was unsuccessful. Funny thing is , the bank keeps on offering me 150k plus whereas FinYou can't even help me with R18k ??? I wanted to use FinYou as the company I wanted to buy the ring uses FinYou as their finance

We are merchants of theirs and over a month we have tried to make contact for issues, we pay a monthly fee, and no response, I have clients who are using them and trying to get ahold of them and their emails bounce back, the staff on their listed team no longer work there. Their phone lies keep dying. And no one is coming back to us.

Phone doesn't work properly, when they ask you to select the type of service the phone drops or cuts off immediately, even when you hold for an operator same things happen. Tried it several times on different days. Fix your line Finyou geez

Extremely bad service. My company is a "partner" with FinYou to enable the company to provide credit to customers. Since day one there was no service. They claim to manage the admin of the credit process, but do nothing. They are just after as many R350 p/month admin fees as they can get. I have cancelled my contract with them, yet still they are debiting the R350 every month. I cannot get them to stop the debit order - they do not reply to emails, no one answers the phones. The bank cannot assist to stop the debit order as the FinYou has to stop processing from their side, sadly this is not possible as they don't bother to answer any form of communication. It seems they are busy with fraud.

I had purchased a laptop from them at the end of Feb 2014 and handed all da required documentation for the application. 3 days later when I called they required further documentation which I arranged immediately and sent through to them. I followed up 3 days after that and they were waiting for Capitec to approve and they would follow up and get back to me. I waited and a week later still haven't heard from them I called again to get another excuse. They are so unprofessional and have no way of speaking to anyone and do not value customer service and new customers. There services are pathetic and I would never work with them again as they rude and arrogant and obviously don't need my business. I expected better from the manager Nikita but she is just as rude as her staff. Its been about 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them and was forced to cancel the application.
