I'm really disappointed in Easybet, I made a deposit of R200 via zapper, however the deposit was rejected but the funds were deducted on my bank statement, now they don't want to refund me, I need to take further steps, please assist

EASYBET MANIPULATES SLOTS
I spent thousands of rands, which I lost. Got my 10% back in spins and hit the feature, when all of a sudden, the game froze, not once, but twice. Of course it will, because they purposefully manipulate the games and are a bunch of ******! I'm not even given a fair chance! I've played after that with no issue at all. And the best they can come up with, is my internet connection. Fibre? Really? Don't waste your money like I did!

Horrible
This honestly has to be one of the worst platforms. I can’t withdraw. Keep getting asked for documentation. Yet, I have been using the platform for a while. Verified and everything. When I lose though they don’t care. However, processing a withdrawal is a nightmare. Still can’t get my funds.

I haven't played in Easybet for a while. Now I remember why. After making sure several times that my account was verified my withdrawal was rejected - after 23 hours pending. Just to let me know I have to send my ID and bank statements. Really bad service. You should learn from Hollywoodbets and Sunbet how to process withdrawals.

Withdrawal - No Customer Service
Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. The are quick to take our cash however they do not allow withdrawals. I am struggling to get my winnings from them. I would not recommend signing up with them. You will just be throwing your money away. They take but they don't pay out.

WCGRB Regulatory Failure: * Failure to Act: Despite having evidence of these breaches, the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) failed to issue a lawful decision or enforcement outcome for over 19 months. * Reliance on Irrelevant Evidence: The Board re**** on simulated test logs ("Zygis Test") that were unrelated to my actual transaction. * Reliance on a Void Document: The WCGRB continues to treat the matter as settled based on a "goodwill settlement" that is legally null and void, as it was signed after the offer had already expired.
