Pathetic! I bought a 2023 Mahindra XUV700 from them within a week my windscreen cracked. Upon inspection from auto boys they noticed that my windscreen was never glued and was LOOSE which couldve caused the death of me an my baby!!! This was also the result if my windscreen cracking out of the blue. When I sent a formal complaint to them to request a refund for my access as its THEIR FAULT that the windscreen was never fitted properly, management couldnt even get back to me.

Good morning Ford, I’ve been one of your clients for 5 years now but the service I received yesterday for my yearly car service was shocking, I dropped off my vehicle around 07:00 only to be collected at 17:00 afternoon 🥹 soo disappointing. I didn’t even feel the friendly energy and welcoming customer service from consultant/agent Micheal who was assisting me. I will never service my car at this dealership. Going back to my wonderful helpful dealership in Wonderboom.

I bought a new Mahindra Bolero from Eagle Mahindra at the end of August 2024. On 19 November the wiring harness in the engine compartment burnt. It turns out that there is no spare harness in South Africa, despite many of these vehicles running in South Africa and it would take weeks to bring one from India. Be warned, if you do not want to pay for a vehicle that is not available for your business, stay away from Mahindra. Eagle corner is also not going to do anything to improve your situation.

Hi Humphrey/Pieter I trust this mail finds you well. Please see attached costs I had to incur when trying to remove my spare wheel. The wheel nut on my spare wheel did not match the key that came with the car and opens the wheel nut on my tyres. This happened in peak traffic in Midrand on Friday the 11th of August at 15:30. Thankfully my friend was in the area and could come and assist me to get my car to their house with the flat wheel. I find this unprofessional from Ford. What if I had a flat on the road to Port Elizabeth or East London for work, which happens yearly? I would never have been able to remove my spare wheel. Sean from King of Threads was referred to me by Ford Midrand. I called him and he said he can assist, that he does a lot of work for your branch. He also confirmed that the key should fit both the wheels and the spare wheel and that a different nut was put on the spare tyre on the back. He sent someone out 3 hours later and he broke off the nut. See all pictures attached. I require a response from Ford By Monday the 28th on how you will rectify this issue and how you will reimburse me for the costs incurred. This is what happened to me with a second car bought from them. The first one was traded in after noise from the wheels that they could not fix in a year and 27 trips to the service center. They are ignoring clients and am not responding to me regarding my expenses incurred due to their sloppiness. I will continue posting these until I am reimbursed. They only care about you when you purchase a car, after that you are nothing to them.

Can I have my car back or do I need to report it stolen by Eagle corner? My Ford Ranger (HH68PXGP) has been “in your shop for more than 3 months… I regret bringing my car there. I lost over R90k in business over your inconsideration and incompetence! I have to beg for feedback and none of the promises have been kept on its readiness. I even doubt you’re capable of the engine replacements. My only option is to involve law enforcement to getting my car back.

Took my car for service was given attitude by the guy who inspect my car , Fine let it slide . When I call in around 15:00 was told that my car is not serviced . I called my service provider to check why, was told that they only got a call from eagle corner around 14:45 to authorize my service. I am so disappointed in this dealer it was my first time and last time taking my car to them

I recently bought a brand new Mahindra Scorpio Pik-Up from the dealership. I drove the vehicle home with the odometer at 5km when I noticed a t*******/knocking sound from the rear suspension/shocks. The front tyres were also s****ing against the front mudguards when turning. I called and complained about this. I had to take the vehicle back and they kept my bakkie almost 4 days. When I arrived they had removed the entire front mudguard and threw it in the back of my bakkie, telling me that this was the solution to the s****ing, leaving the entire front end looking like the mudguard was ripped off. They also fit a bonnet guard to my bakkie, which looks like it was done by a 5 year old, the bonnet was scratched and the guard is skew. My bonnet also now vibrates when driving/idling. They informed me that they cannot locate the problem on the suspension/shocks that make the noise but agreed that there is a noise when hitting uneven road and humps. I was told to drive like this as there was no problem. I tried complaining about this, sending multiple emails to the salesman and the manager at Mahindra Eagle corner. I don't hear anything from them. My bakkie has 3000km on the clock, parts have been removed and stripped, the knocking sound is still on the bakkie and I am told, "live with it". Think twice before visiting this dealership. I have heard from several people on Mahindra Forums that they had a similar problem, where their dealerships replaced the rear shocks and leaf springs without questions as the bakkies were also new and the issue was resolved. It is clear that the technicians at this dealership don't even know their own product. Zweli and Irvin make big promises prior to the signing of the contract. Now I have to drive up and down to a dealership 80km away from my residence with a brand new bakkie that has no "problems" according to them. I also visited a private suspension dealer, who I informed of my problem. They immediately knew what the problem was after driving with me but obviously could not work on the bakkie as it was under warranty. (which doesn't mean much I see) They too told me to replace the rear shocks and leaf springs.

All I can say is.... lovely people like the sales manager Rene Victor who works hard day in and day out for Eagle giving exceptional service to clients has a tough job because of a dishonest workshop department who stripped parts of my ford fusion whilst in for repairs standing for almost two years (a staff member literally had to inform me that it might be safer tonjust collect the car because theybworried that the mechanics will strip parts for other cars) .... my honest opinion is that this dealership needs a new dealer principal. Hard working men like John Landy who build this business from the ground up is being detroyed by the kids with no integrity running the dealership now... so thank you Rene, Melinda... Natasha for all your efforts to help me with a situation that was not even your department. But to Hendrick and also Cassie who has just resigned at Eagle Corner.... If the workshop are so dirty and dishonest.... I battle to see how your new car sales will rise on a 10 projection into the future...
