Good day, I’m soo shocked by how car track how ****ming they are, I’ve been covered with them on my 3 vehicles only today after checking policy they telling me they discontinued recovery fee but they didn’t sent us anything. I’m disappointed
When they talking about health **** they referring to Discovery Health and they don’t care about clients mental health. I was pregnant and had emergency at night, what they expected was baby to die because they refused to pay for the services I got that night. They never told me about any forms that needed to be filled now after 7 months Busamed wants they money cause they refusing to pay. My struggling with postpartum depression I then had to take my baby nappy money to settle the bill they could’ve paid past 7 months. I’m soo hurt 😢
Very bad experience worst health aid I’ve ever seen 7 months later after pregnancy they haven’t paid my claim. I went to Busament after I was instructed by the last agent I can use any hospital as I was pregnant and needed attention urgently. They didn’t tell me about any documentation. Now credit department is calling. I’m going to escalate this to ombudsman
Good day, I’m not happy with what Discovery Health is doing to my name. Last year September during my pregnancy I had emergency I called in late at 21:00 asking which hospital I can go to I had pains. A lady I spoke to told me to go to any hospital due to an emergency. Then I can call Monday and ask them to process a claim. It was confirmed with medical aid they promised to pay the bill. Today I get a call from Busamed creditors telling me I owe them. I called discovery via app spoke to two ladies who kept on cutting my calls stating they checking next minute my call is cut. One lady by the name of Qobile confirmed the amount of R1153 was authorised to a different practice number name of hospital is something Smith. I told her I didn’t go to that hospital. Please kindly advise this type of service is what we pay for yearly. I’m so disappointed in discovery.

I’m very disappointed and irritated by this medical aid, after paying my cover for more that 7 years this is the treatment I get, unnecessary back and forth, I was never admitted this was my first admission and my new born baby but everyday I’m getting emails they can’t pay for test done for my new born baby who was sick after birth. They don’t even have a human sense to say test where done to determine what could be an issue with the baby NOOO, is not like I’m a new client who hasn’t paid them any premiums. This is so disappointing. So mybe my baby should’ve died in order for them to keep collecting premiums because I hardly get sick😭😭

Botshilu is blessed to have her as an essential worker taking care of your patients. My daughter she admitted she been in her good hands. Good day, I'm writing this review with so much disappointments and infuriated. I gave birth in this hospital hoping for a best service. Let me first appreciate night shift stuff who assisted me during labour hours, the nurse was very professional she's humble with all human values you can think of. I didn't get her name but she's a Tswana speaking person. We need more people like her in maternity ward. Main concern I have is the morning stuff who comes to work looking horrible not ready to deal with patients, I had a lady assisting me with updates as I was discharged today 17th, However the lady she's so rude, unprofessional, doesn't understand the paint we overcome during labour yet you need to deal with their attitudes. My daughters Dr confirmed if I leave today Frida I should come back for more test. She was shouting at me when I asked what changed now as they keeping me longer, she was aggressive defensive and also providing me with incorrect information her is Kedibone Mokgotho. I feel like she needs more training on how to speak to people more especially patients. I felt so disrespected, hope to hear feedback regarding this horrible I received today 17th Dec 2026.
Good morning, I'm so disappointed with service received from Momentum this morning, I called just to ask of my son still active on member number: 914503563, the only thing needed here was a yes or no so I can take my son to a Dr but no a lady had to question my sick son, he must rather die before she can just confirm if his still active, I didn't request any personal details. I wonder if she understood the POPIA act as she was hiding behind it, I will never recommend anyone to use this medical aid
Good day, I hope this message reaches highest authorities in Nedbank Home loans. I have a Nedbank home loans with you guys but every month you debiting me twice I blocked one debit order but still, when I call your call centre your unprofessional agents are not even willing to assist me, I always need to fight for my money. This is an Inconvenient to me, yesterday one of agent even dropped a call on me. I regret taking policy with you guys.
