I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Dolce Looks. I placed an order for wig hair on 02 May 2026 and received confirmation that the estimated delivery date would be 07 May 2026. When my order did not arrive, I sent a follow-up email on 08 May 2026 asking for an update, but my email was completely ignored. I then had to call myself on the same day and was told there were “courier delays.” This excuse made no sense because I specifically selected salon pickup, not courier delivery. I was also told that emails had been sent to customers about the delay, but I never received anything, not even in my junk mail, which I was advised to check. I was then promised that my order would be ready on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. On the 12th, after following up yet again, I was informed that the new date was now Thursday, 14 May 2026. Then, just as I was expecting to finally collect my hair, I received another email stating that my order would only be dispatched on 19 May 2026 and delivered on 20 May 2026. The constant shifting of dates and poor communication is unacceptable. Every time a commitment is made, the goalposts are moved again. At this point, I genuinely feel ****med because I have paid for hair that I still have not received nearly two weeks later. Customers deserve honesty, proper communication, and realistic timelines. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing.

I place an order 7 days ago The supplier said they take 2-3 working days I have been communicating on WhatsApp and instagram And from last week they been saying Thursday then Friday Today i have been told a courier will communicate with me but when i ask what time they just say “today”

Very bad service and unprofessional, I placed an order on the 3rd of February 2026 till today the 19th I haven’t received any update or tracking number about my order. I sent an email they not even responding.

****mers. I ordered a 16 inch unit and they sent me a 14 inch instead. When I called them, they had the nerve to offer me a R60 refund because of their “special.” 😒 I wore that unit three times , and it already looks like it’s three years old. I bought the hair in June 2025, yet they genuinely do not care they don’t respond and take no accountability. Please, if you’re not a celebrity or influencer like me, don’t ever fool yourselves into buying these units. I even sent them a video showing the hair is literally tangled how does new hair tangle like that? The comb is struggling to get through the ends. Disappointed is honestly an understatement. 💔 They do not even deserve a STAR! The picture is July literally a month or days after I bought the wig !!

I've been ****med by Dolce Looks, since they from to refund me but they never did.. I did made numerous calls to them but they kept on giving me excuses. I would advise anyone who planned to buy hair from them not to bother waste their money to this *****!

Id remove that 1 star if I could... Thats how unhappy I am with this useless supplier. Placed an order a week ago... No confirmation of purchase email.. No response on all social media platforms. Worse service ever

Dolce is ****, I ordered bob wig on 12 Nov and the 19 Nov I made a follow up and she said it is not ready. Today in morning I called them again and I wanted to cancel she said the order is out now I received the email said I'll get on the 26 Nov, I called again for cancelation she said she'll send me a form but dololo. I advise people don't order on this people. DOlLCE BRING BACK MY MONEY
