THEY SELLING TRASH HAIR & THEY TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER !
****mers. I ordered a 16 inch unit and they sent me a 14 inch instead. When I called them, they had the nerve to offer me a R60 refund because of their “special.” 😒 I wore that unit three times , and it already looks like it’s three years old. I bought the hair in June 2025, yet they genuinely do not care they don’t respond and take no accountability. Please, if you’re not a celebrity or influencer like me, don’t ever fool yourselves into buying these units. I even sent them a video showing the hair is literally tangled how does new hair tangle like that? The comb is struggling to get through the ends. Disappointed is honestly an understatement. 💔 They do not even deserve a STAR! The picture is July literally a month or days after I bought the wig !!0 replies
