Double the delivery date
Terrible communication, didn't receive a tracking number only a receipt of purchase. Emailed them and got a response a few days later , being informed of my tracking number and that pack takes 2-4 days and delivery 10-15 but if you look when you order it says 10-15 days . They only shipped my parcel on the 15day and I only received it 12 days later . So if you do plan on buying anything you can almost double the delivery date and there is no option for fast delivery. Very disappointed

dailysteal.co.za refund promise a scam
I bought an xr screen replacement from this company and when I arrived it was not complete as it didn't have only connection. When I enquired to return the item as in accordance with their policy that you have 7 days to return items but they rejected my request saying screen is correct. Even after I took pictures of the damaged screen they refused. They're such a scam and wish people would me alerted that once you buy don't expect a refund from theese scammers.

Order update

Terrible customer service
Purchased a phone case last year in November. Followed up in Jan, they said the order was on its way and i would have it in 2 weeks. 2 Weeks later I follow up and they tell me the order was cancelled from their supplier. WHY DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP. Should i not be alerted as the customer. Requested a refund and i am still waiting on that 2 weeks later. What a fail. Rather order direct from aliexpress.

Website changed , parcel received after 2 months
Finally received my order after two months, they have changed their website from dailysteal.co.za to deals daily.co.za

A bunch of rogues. Ordered from their site and now the site is shutdown. No contact number or email. I sent plenty emails through their help desk. No answer. Hope they enjoy my R300 as charity. They need it. Low life scum.
