Double the delivery date

Terrible communication, didn't receive a tracking number only a receipt of purchase. Emailed them and got a response a few days later , being informed of my tracking number and that pack takes 2-4 days and delivery 10-15 but if you look when you order it says 10-15 days . They only shipped my parcel on the 15day and I only received it 12 days later .

So if you do plan on buying anything you can almost double the delivery date and there is no option for fast delivery.

Very disappointed
