I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance and specifically the agent *Nkele Molele* who finally assisted me after two weeks of my claim being approved and thereafter no word from previous agents who assisted me and even after following up via email there was no response. Thank you Nkele for your assistance, much appreciated 🙏
I ordered food on Saturday through ubereats at Luxebay Cuisine and an hour later the restaurant cancelled my order but I was still charged full amount of my order. UBEREAT IS A **** NOW AS THEY DON'T DELIVER AND YOU CAN'T CALL ANYONE AS ALL UBER LINES NO LONGER WORKS. INSTEAD YOUR TOLD TO USE CHATBOT THAT DOES HELP EITHER.
The service is horrible, it's a third time I placed an order before 10:00 for a same day delivery in Sandton and last two times it just got delivered at the individual was leaving the office. Today absolutely nothing and on their site they say their call centre is open till 18:00 which is lies because they close at 17:00 like other businesses. Yet my order was not dellivered, which means they'll deliver stale overnight flowers that were kept in a van overnight. I'm done with their bad service and will advocate to anyone I know never to buy from Netflorist.
Efficient service recover from Ronaldo who tracked the progress of my towing till I got my tyres changed
I had Sumitomo tyres fitted on my car on the 28th of July 2023 (255/40/R18) at Minty and on the 22nd of December while driving on a wet road, the car started to loose control. When I got home I inspected my rear tyres only to find that they're finished. When I approached the dealership where they were fitted, they advised me that they'll contact Dunlop to check the tyres. Nothing happened until the 3rd of Jan where I personally drove to Dunlop fittment centre in Jetpark to have the tyres checked and complain about this short period their tyres have lasted as I've only driven about 11 000 kms. The Customer Service Consultant put the vehicle on their alignment machine and said the rear wheel were running on a 'Negative Camber' which is something common on Mercedes-Benz. However, the tyre should not be finished with such low mileage. Also if the issue was because of alignment then the tyres should have had an irregular wearing pattern and not both rear be worn out the same way. He informed me that he will try and escalate the matter and today I was told that there's nothing they can do about it issue. This is appauling as they they advertise that their tyres have a 1 year warranty but when one has issues then all of a sudden such warrnaty doesn't apply to this incident. My previous tyres were Dunlop Sport Max which lasted me about 2 years and got over 30 000 milage on them with no issues. I also spoke to a gentlement based in costal region, who instead told me that it could be that the worng tyre was used for a wrong application, hence it didn't last and my question is why do they develop the tyre if it's not meant to be used on this sorts of vehicles and what is it's purpose. SUMITOMO is a ****ing people with their advert and promise.
Worse bed ever bought, till today 5 years later I have not had a great sleep from this bed. Looking back at the amount spent buying it, was a greatest mistake. I bed fast better asleep at a hotel bed then the adjust4sleep bed. It was sold under the pretext that it will help me rest better age my MVA. But the results are opposite, you toss n turn and can't just throw it away and buy a different bed coz of +R40k that I spent really sad
I bought an xr screen replacement from this company and when I arrived it was not complete as it didn't have only connection. When I enquired to return the item as in accordance with their policy that you have 7 days to return items but they rejected my request saying screen is correct. Even after I took pictures of the damaged screen they refused. They're such a scam and wish people would me alerted that once you buy don't expect a refund from theese scammers.
I was given a weekend free pass Group A for a 3 day free use of a vehicle and on the weekend of 26 - 28 went to Cape Town and collected a vehicle at Cape International. Upon arrival at vehicle collection and the front realised that my luggage was too big for a group A vehicle, I was advised that I can upgrade to a group B car and only pay an additional R50/day extra on top of the voucher. Yet a week later I get billed an invoice of R1100. BAD SERVICE and no care in the world.

I was involved in an accident on the 9th of May and was hospitalised for a month. While in hospital the insurance arranged to have my bike collected for assessment and repairs. After assessment was done, I was told that crash bobins will not be replaced as they were additions on the bike yet when I took that insurance I was never told that they had to be noted for them to cover. Also I was told by repair place that they will not pay to replace both levers as the left clutch lever was damage, instead they will replace one which then will not match with blue coloured levers I had on my bike.
