Poor customer service and wasted pods with nothing in them
Despite being a regular customer, I only received their email on the way to the warehouse, regarding their stocktake. I only pass the warehouse once a week. I popped in to see if I could collect my coffee, but was told they cannot release it. Rather strange they cant make note of it, its pre-packed and paid for in a box. Also, the last 3 times I purchased the random mix coffee capsules, several times the capsules doesnt produce coffee in my machine, just a watery pale substance. I first thought it might be my machine and had that serviced but the issues arose again. Therefore, maybe 10-20% of the capsules dont work and waste my money. Not happy with overall service and attitude, you've lost me as a client now.

No business with Coffee Capsules Direct
Since this company uses the worst courier service you can find I stopped ordering capsules from them. When I complained to them they had no problems acknowledging that their courier agent - Fastway Couriers - delivers only on Wednesdays. I boycott all businesses using Fastway couriers.

No business with Coffee Capsules Direct

Excellent service @ Coffee Capsules Direct
Had the best experience ever with this company yesterday. Opted to collect due to them being on my way home from work. Got caught up in traffic. The lady at reception went out of her way to ensure that I can still collect, even after hours, and when I did make it with about a minute to spare, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. A remarkable experience in every way as their website is efficient and simple, the prices/discounts remarkable, staff is courteous and friendly - I will definitely buy here again. Thank you for turning my blue Monday around :)

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered coffee capsules online for my Nespresso machine and without realising i ordered two different sizes of the capsules . Yvonne from the company actually took her time and called me to check if i had two different machines because the capsules i ordered are of two different sizes . I said i had only one machine and she kindly said she would change the incorrect size for the correct size before sending it . Later i got a message stating that the flavour i wanted in the now correct size is a bit higher in price , but not to worry they will waive the price difference . After ages i came across a company that actually cares about their customers and gives good service .

Best online shopping experience
I recently ordered some coffee pods from Coffee Capsules Direct and unfortunately received the wrong item. Within minutes of my email (seriously, it was 2 minutes!) I had a phone call from them to sort it all out. They arranged for a courier to collect the incorrect item from me and sent me the correct items.<br> <br> The service was wonderful and I have to say the coffee is amazing too. I'll be ordering from them again - not just for the good coffee but also for the service. You guys rock!
