I ordered coffee capsules online for my Nespresso machine and without realising i ordered two different sizes of the capsules . Yvonne from the company actually took her time and called me to check if i had two different machines because the capsules i ordered are of two different sizes . I said i had only one machine and she kindly said she would change the incorrect size for the correct size before sending it . Later i got a message stating that the flavour i wanted in the now correct size is a bit higher in price , but not to worry they will waive the price difference . After ages i came across a company that actually cares about their customers and gives good service .
The service is excellent and the products always fresh . The processed meats are a bit spicy but very good taste . The store has recently expanded in size making shopping even easier .During this Lockdown period they are even offering a free delivery service .
We bought a hot/cold water dispenser and from day 1 it didn't work properly . We called the sales person the next day from when we collected the dispenser and he said that we should bring it in for them to examine . We told him that we were not nearby and it was not possible for us to bring it in and that he should send a technician to our premises . He agreed to do this after 10 days . Nothing happened so we called back again and were told that the unit will have to be sent back . After many phone calls to management they finally collected the machine from our premises . After repair we collected the machine from them and after using it for 1 day it doesn't work properly again . we are now Gatvol of this company and don't recommend anybody to purchase any of their products .
