Puritech — Professional, affordable, and well executed
I sourced quotations from six different vendors for an under-counter RO system upgrade, and Puritech stood out as the most affordable and professional option. From the outset, Zing was responsive, patient, and thorough in answering my technical questions. As the scope evolved, the quotations were adapted clearly and transparently, which helped me make informed decisions without pressure. I also appreciated the willingness to consult with technicians when questions became more technical. The installation itself was handled by Kylan, and the work was done neatly, professionally, and efficiently. After checking the final configuration, I can confirm that the UV unit was installed as the final stage before the tap, with the UF membrane positioned immediately before it — a best-practice setup. After a few flushes, the water quality and taste were noticeably improved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the process and the outcome. Puritech delivered good value, clear communication, and solid workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective water filtration solution.

Puritech Sucks
We bought a purification system, the membrane was faulty, they are refusing to reimburse the faulty membrane. We are in the Free State and cannot get the machine back to them. They will not be getting my business again

I’m very satisfied
The service was excellent. Everyone is very helpful. The technicians that came to my house did an amazing job. Everything is of good quality and standard. Work was done and I can really recommend them. Kylan and Tshepo was very professional as technicians they do an excellent job

Excellent post sales customer service from Christina and the friendly warehouse staff when I collected spare parts earlier today. A quotation was sent within minutes of my telephonic enquiry and the same quick response this morning when I collected the parts. World class customer service - please keep it up!
