i bought 4 coil pack for polo clp , it was on 20 april 2026 . they cost me R1200 for 4 of them , 2 were not fire ring when they were installed and i called the company they said they needed the order number and i requested the number from the guy who was helping me when i order because they were updating their system that is why i could buy on line but by phone. i send from pilar to post i was never taken serious and today the third coil pack is not fire ring , 0768138871 k matlala

I received a very bad service at Maraisburg Boss auto spares. I bought a fuel pump of which I brought the sample to compare the part number and the specs, the guy behind the counter gave me a pump a said its the same. I installed the pump and there was no pressure, you could literally block the petrol with your finger and no pressure at all. I took it back to them and explained that the petrol pump doesn't have pressure, they told me that I cant return an electrical part, I told them that its not the correct specs and they didn't wanted to hear my story. They offered another one which they couldn't confirm the pressure specs and I told them id rather have my money back because they don't know the specs of their products I googled my damaged pump specs and the pressure was confirmed by Google but they didn't know their's. The fact is that they gave me a part that is not working according or that is not a replacement to my one and they refused to refund it. I left the pump and the slip at their counter.

Ordered a bmw tensioner on the 30th of March and almost 3 weeks later the part is out of stock. Such a huge inconvenience considering that money was deducted even though they did not have the part in stock.

very bad do not trust this entity they made me do an online purchase indicating stock I waited for delivery 1 week just to get told there is no stock on product after I made payment when ordered. now for my refund i need to wait 4-7days please make sure prior to doing business with this company not only did I lose two weeks waiting for a product or my own money back i now have to start over with my search again for the part required very disappointed
