Bad service De Aar branch
Standard bank De Aar is the worst branch in South Africa they have no people skills no customer experience or interest. I am not greated on arrival no sytem in place to direct clients to departments. Lines up in one line and don't matter what your banking needs are. This is unacceptable. I contacted the complaints sentre to lay complaint the person dropped my call after she said she will escalate to branch manager. It is now 30min later and still awaiting assistance from the bank. Really bad service.

very bad client servise
very bad do not trust this entity they made me do an online purchase indicating stock I waited for delivery 1 week just to get told there is no stock on product after I made payment when ordered. now for my refund i need to wait 4-7days please make sure prior to doing business with this company not only did I lose two weeks waiting for a product or my own money back i now have to start over with my search again for the part required very disappointed
