MAKRO IS THE WORST EVER ONLINE RETAILER!
Must be the worst online retailer in the history of SA. EVERY order has an issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy booze....delivered short...takes me 3 weeks to prove that it was not signed for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy pots, they get delivered broken.....3 weeks later, no refund!!!!!!!!!!!! I buy detergent...in June....still not delivered?????????????? Close the store....you are useless.1 reply

Ikhoka worst customer service in SA

Momentum Insure USELESS
Worst insurer in South Africa I am sure! 7 Days since insured incident, I have yet to get any action, feedback or repair of the damage. House and family at risk every day due to the damage! Zero action, Zero feedback, Zero of anything....but *** do they collect premiums on time!!!! Stay away South Africa...unless you want to pay for non-cover of your possessions!!5 replies

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever. Items show in stock, yet after you have paid is not available? Then you get over-charged for shipping. Then you spend a week getting a refund. Then you wait weeks on end for the stock they did have, to be delivered. Zero feedback, zero interest once your money is in their pocket. NEVER AGAIN!3 replies
