I have called to days ago and no response back, called again and no return call on my inquiry. As a bmw owner this is ridiculous and pathetic customer service for the amount of money we spend.

I purchased a vehicle from BMW Kempton Park in February 2026 and collected it at the end of the month. While I appreciate the dealership allowing an after-hours collection on a Saturday, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The issues are as follows: 1. Vehicle condition at delivery: The car was handed over in a dirty and unprepared state, far below the standard expected from BMW. 2. Missing standard items: The vehicle was delivered without floor mats, which are standard. Despite repeated assurances from Juan (Sales), I have still not received them nearly a month later. 3. Undisclosed damage: Upon collection, there were paint chips on both side skirts and a scuff on the fuel flap, which were not disclosed prior and were not visible in the advertised photos. 4. Incorrect Offer to Purchase: The initial OTP showed the wrong amount. Although I was told it was acceptable, after finance approval it was revised, causing additional inconvenience. 5. Poor communication: Follow-ups with Juan have been inconsistent, with calls declined and messages often ignored. I have now escalated the matter to BMW South Africa and expect urgent resolution. I hope BMW Kempton Park takes this feedback seriously and ensures these issues are addressed promptly.

If you need a reason to reconsider buying a BMW, simply take your vehicle to BMW Kempton Park for a service, you’ll be cured of the idea immediately. Dealing with their service advisors is an absolute nightmare. The level of inefficiency and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced over my last few visits is almost comical, yet it’s sadly very real. Booking your vehicle for a routine service, even with a simple extra request like a coolant flush, turns into a test of patience. You might as well assume you’re managing their workflow yourself, because they certainly won’t follow up or keep you informed. Days turn into a week, and you’re left chasing them just to get a basic feedback. The situation became even more frustrating when I had a recall on my vehicle. Recall repairs should be treated with urgency and care, but at BMW Kempton Park, apparently, that is too much to expect. A full month passed without any communication regarding my starter motor repair. Allegedly, if your starter motor has issues, your car will be out of action for a month while they “order the part.” It’s absurd. I had to repeatedly chase them just to find out when I could bring my vehicle in. What’s most concerning isn’t just the delays, it’s the complete lack of communication, accountability, and organization. When a service center cannot handle something as basic as customer follow-up or scheduling, it’s hard to trust them with the actual servicing of your vehicle. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone to think twice before taking their BMW to this dealership. If their administrative processes are this chaotic, it’s impossible to have confidence in the quality of work being done on your BMW. Goodbye BMW Kempton Park, you will never see me again.......

Terrible after sales service and they take no responsibility for anything. I purchased a used car from BMW Kempton Park on the 15th of October 2025. Initially, I was confident with my purchase due to their approved quality and promise that each vehicle undergoes “rigorous” checks to ensure it complies with specific standards. To my dismay this was not the case as only two months later with less than 6000kms done I heard a strange knocking noise of which I, in good faith immediately notified the dealer. The car was then booked in for inspection beginning January and they advised both front shocks as well as upper and lower control arms needed replacement. Furthermore the ******** and unprofessional Service Manager - Wesley Profe advised they will not be covering any portion of the repairs as this is considered “wear and tear” not that I was expecting them to carry the full cost in this instance as it was not a mechanical failure . I understand that wear and tear is a gradual deterioration of parts on the vehicle over time but this should have been picked up during their “rigorous” inspection and remedied then. It is physically impossible that the mileage I’ve done could have cause the collapse of a shock in such a short space of time. As it’s not a new car I was really hoping we could in good faith split costs but the Manager resorted to being defensive and denying any oversight on their end. I would definitely not recommend making a vehicle purchase with them .

We bought a 2nd hand car from BMW Kempton Park but once the sale is done they almost wipe their hands clean of you. We have an issue with a noise that the salesman confirmed but to date have heard nothing regarding it. Touchup paint was apparently organized by the salesman and to date we haven't received anything. The side mirrors don't fold and we were told we can take it in but no details or feedback has been given as to who we take it to.
