Think twice before servicing oyur BMW here, the service so bad you’ll question your car choice

If you need a reason to reconsider buying a BMW, simply take your vehicle to BMW Kempton Park for a service, you’ll be cured of the idea immediately. Dealing with their service advisors is an absolute nightmare. The level of inefficiency and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced over my last few visits is almost comical, yet it’s sadly very real. Booking your vehicle for a routine service, even with a simple extra request like a coolant flush, turns into a test of patience. You might as well assume you’re managing their workflow yourself, because they certainly won’t follow up or keep you informed. Days turn into a week, and you’re left chasing them just to get a basic feedback. The situation became even more frustrating when I had a recall on my vehicle. Recall repairs should be treated with urgency and care, but at BMW Kempton Park, apparently, that is too much to expect. A full month passed without any communication regarding my starter motor repair. Allegedly, if your starter motor has issues, your car will be out of action for a month while they “order the part.” It’s absurd. I had to repeatedly chase them just to find out when I could bring my vehicle in. What’s most concerning isn’t just the delays, it’s the complete lack of communication, accountability, and organization. When a service center cannot handle something as basic as customer follow-up or scheduling, it’s hard to trust them with the actual servicing of your vehicle. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone to think twice before taking their BMW to this dealership. If their administrative processes are this chaotic, it’s impossible to have confidence in the quality of work being done on your BMW. Goodbye BMW Kempton Park, you will never see me again.......

15 years back I installed my Quality Pool and I have to say from the initial consultation to final completion, every aspect of their service was professional, friendly and efficient. The high quality of work have left me impressed and it speaks for itself that after 15 years I had to replace some paving stone. Quality Pools came to the rescue and supp**** me with the same paving stone at no cost. Now that is something you do not get in South Africa. Thank you Quality Pools in Montana for your service and I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service from you. I will not hesitate to recommend Quality Pools to friends and family and if you plan to install a swimming pool, try them you will not regret your decision.
