Excellent help from Beeld Tot u Diens.
Since April 22 I was struggling to cancel a cell phone contract wrongfully registered by Vodacom in my name instead of registering an update on an existing contract. After contacting Carla Jansa van Vuuren, editor of Beeld Tot u Diens for help the contract was cancelled and the payments already been made by me, reversed back into my bank account within two weeks.

Die Beeld newspaper
I delivered the Beeld newspaper,after Zelda Ressouw from beeld hired me to work for her and only keep promising to pay me,but never received a sent. After letting me work For Beeld newspaper for 5 days and things got heated for her she fired me.

BEELD KOERANT BESKIKBAARHEID
The availability/distribution of this paper is pathetic lately. In Centurion there is NO Outlet/Convenient Store at any Filling Station where you can buy BEELD by 06:30. Their distribution Agent(s)/Channels seemingly calls the shot where and when they deliver.............can Somebody at BEELD please put up their hand and address this???????

Beeld kanseleer net ons koerante sonder om ons in kennis te stel nadat daar reeds n betaling af gegaan het vir Januarie 2020 Leeudoringstad ontvang geen beeld koerante vanaf 10 januarie 2020 Beeld kan nie eers ons afleweraar self in kennis stel nie ons moes die aflwerings man kontak.

Apparently a montly payment for the R109p/m price did not go off in May 2019. So this month they took double the amount. No warning. I took out another offer of R170p/m for a friend of mine as a gift. Sudenly that prenium increased to R270p/m. Contacted them and apparently it is a machine/banking loading issue. Now I am in credit with them but the thing that bugs me is that I signed for R170p/m and not the R270p/m. How can Netwerk24 just take money from my account without my concent.

Bad Service
As a young boy of 12 my father use to buy me the Beeld everyday. Iam 52 today and still read the Beeld everyday or trying to at least as for the past few weeks i have been so dissapointed in the service iam getting from Beeld. I have a subscription which needs to be delivered to my house everyday! And for weeks now i have had to phone Beeld and ask why iam not received my newspaper. I have numerously asked for the guy who delivers the papers contact details so i can speak to him myself, but no one at Beeld will give me he's number. Ive been told that he will phone me, and still waiting every second day i sit with this problem. This is a morning newspaper and iam fed up! Maybe i should rather subscribe to a newspaper that will render a service.
