Since Saturday weve been without internet connection. (Acc221033036) Not once has Afrihost informed us of what the problem is unless i send an email or whatsup to ask. You cant get hold of any of these call centre agents and they all have different stories when they reply to your mails. For 3 days now they don't have a ETI . They don't care if your business is affected and they wont credit you for days of no connectivity, but oh boy just be one day late with your payment and they are quick to cut you. So sick of not getting the service your hard earned money pays for.
I ordered a case of 500ml water (order number 117616433) on the 17th of November. I paid R70 for next day delivery. Today is the 26th of November and after complaining, sending mails and logging calls I still haven't received my order.
Afrihost is the worst service provider ever. When your line is down you can't get hold of anybody and when you eventually get hold of someone a faulty line always takes 48hrs to sort out. But pay 1 day late and the quick to suspend your service.
This is the worst service provider ever we can never get someone to help us. Now again we are struggle as one of our extra views aren't working. When they correct it the one upstairs doesn't work. When they correct the one upstairs the one downstairs is not working. For 3 hours we've been battling and they just keep saying we need an installer when it was working 100%. Non of there call Centre staff have been able to help which makes we sonder why they are employed.
I’ve been battling for years to cancel number (contract_R76.00) 0716755294 as this hasn’t been used in years, but still goes off of my account ??? iam also being charged on item number H8-X1JKA R1881.72??? when x2 of the numbers only add up to R920.41? Vodacom just doesnt respond to any of my mails.
FNB Personal loans department is usless!!! Since the 2nd of December ive been trying to get someone to help me a lady by the name of Jolene said I need to send my mail to [email protected]. But this mail doesn’t exist. ive since been sending mails to [email protected] to [email protected] to [email protected] to [email protected] and NO ONE replies. I lost my job due to covid and cannot afford to pay the premiums on my loan 4000094800432 ive been sending mails since the 2nd trying to make alternative arrangements and and on secure chat that doesnt help at all. And then this morning thy deduct another R1298.61 off of my account. I need the debit order for R3299.64 (acc 4000094800432 loan account) to be reversed.I applied for the covid 19 relief due to loss of income, and cannot pay the R3299.64 at this stage.
Since the 4th of december ive been emailing Nasiphi Nkonjane, Nonhlanhla Mazibuko and later started emailing Debora Phungula aswell with regard to my rental product that i want to take ownership of on my account 160017984. Debora has read my mail twice but did not respond. Today is the 14th of December and again i emailed them this morning. Nothing!! Teljoy's staff really need training on customer service.
I qualified for a free sample from special beauty blog myshopify (advertised by Master of Care) I was asked to only pay the R70 courier fee. On completion of my details i was notified by the bank that they took R1549.50(rinolavenscs.com) as well as R1967.82 (youbeautyinfo.com) from my account they are scammers
I placed an order for printed poly golf shirts from Charl Myburgh brandwithin Authorised Brandability Reseller (Office : 021 300 0416 Fax: 021 300 0438 : Cell/WhatsApp : 071 413 0106) on the 10th of February 2020. He told me its a 5 day lead time and on the 11th of Feb i'd get my artwork for approval. Every day i had to ask him whats happening when am i getting my my artwork how far is the process. After eventually getting fed up with him i contacted brandabilities head office on the 20th. i was told by Allison that JP (Charl's Manager) would phone me. Shortly after my call to head office, Charl sent me my artwork to approve. I appoved it sent it back to him and he told me (and confirmed on mail) my order was priority. Today is the 24th of February, NO manager has phoned me and again i had to ask Charl whats happening with my order. Today he's excuse is, he's waiting for production to send him a list of completed order. I would not recommend using this guy, and if head office can't even assist a clients query i don't think their service will be much better either.
i have been battling since the 28th of August 2019 to get cartrack to assist with my app that's not working. I can't track my vehicle and Mohau Selepe just doesn't bother either, iam paying for a service that i cannot use and he keeps on telling me re install the app and it doesn't work. You cant cancel the contract either cause then they charge you penalties but you just have pay for bad service or no service or replies.
