**** of policy

I received a message that Baroka is changing underwriters and the premiums will increase , i didn't have a problem with that But to received a message that my policy has lapsed due to none payment , While i make sure that i pay on a monthly basis i never missed a payment. You guys are a **** ,i know my money wont come back .I just want to cancel . its not so worth it

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed to find out that I’m paying for something that they don’t see on their system I took a funeral policy with a tombstone package and I’m paying for both, but now I’m being told that they don’t see the package I took on their system they can only see a funeral cover , not only one agent was able to assist they all say they can’t see the package but I’m paying more. I’m so disappointed means I have been paying them my money for something they won’t offer if something was to happen. They want me to send the document so they can “rectify and add “ but why would they ask me the document they supposed to have on their side.

Unprofessional

I was clear a month ago that I want nothing to do with you. You don't even have the decency to reply to complaints and fix your mistakes. You are the worst funeral palour. Stop debiting from my account.

Unprofessional

I'd like to cancel my contract. I'm not patient enough when it comes to unprofessional people. It's not even 2 months but I'm already experiencing problems. Should the time come when I'm in need of your services what will happen? The agent that you assigned to assist me is not professional and I never want to deal with her again. I was clear of what I wanted from the very 1st day. And I was clear about the debit order issue since the error was on your side. If requesting for a new contract takes over 48hours then just cancel it.

Claim

Very bad service..my cover was 20000 I only received R5300 they made changes to our policies never communicated within i found out when I claim on 24 January 2025 when I claim.refuse to give me my recordings very very bad service

Bad experience from Baroka Funerals Soshanguve

My sister and brother inlaw had an MVA on the 24/11/2024. They had a funeral cover with Baroka Funerals Soshanguve. The lady who assisted us was nice,but the problem is when we were about to leave we were called back and they said my sister doesn't fit in the coffin we must pay 16k extra and 5k for them to make us identical coffins. To my surprise how can someone who is a size 38 not fit in a standard coffin. I ended up paying the 21k they .On the day of the funeral brought different coffins. I called them and didn't get a concrete answer. Very much dissapointed.

Worst service agent

I am on the WhatsApp line with a lady named Juliet, I asked her to cancel and reverse the debit order from my account this debit order has never not even once went off my account since I joined it was intentional but they keep calling me and calling even thou they can see I am not interested. Then yesterday I received an sms stating a debit order of R599.20 will go off my account I wake up today my account is on a minis that amount because the debit order went off and I don't have funds in my account so it made my account go into a minus. The Juliet girl instead of assisting me with the query she goes silent I asked excuse me , she the tells me she's In a meeting I dunno how that how that got to do with me when I clearly stated what my query is, she then comes back to me tells me can you reverse the debit order on your side so I can cancel the policy, what type of service or I dunno what to call it is this? Get my details off your system , reverse that damn debit order I don't want to hear it will take 7 days I'm not interested in that and cancel everything of mine in that company.

Bad service

I've been with baroka funerals for about a year and a half and I've never missed a payment. I arranged in time to change a debit order date and no one told me about debiting twice. A heads up about the double debit would've been nice not spring a surprise on me with no plan. We plan for our money and we have other responsibilities!!!
