This was a poor service from such a big company ,I never received any form of communication from them
Good day I am insured with out surance, my sister passed away on Monday morning, so Tuesday I called out surance to inform them ,to find how to claim and which documents. Then I got the documents on Wednesday morning began to send ,to my surprise I called them today with no response I couldn't get through the claims department3 replies
