I received a message that Baroka is changing underwriters and the premiums will increase , i didn't have a problem with that But to received a message that my policy has lapsed due to none payment , While i make sure that i pay on a monthly basis i never missed a payment. You guys are a **** ,i know my money wont come back .I just want to cancel . its not so worth it
Good day I am writing this with sadness, I went to the Johannesburg branch to enquire about what I needed to know .The lady was very helpful to my surprise when she checks the system I am owing two months ,how is it possible?? This money is being debited from my account monthly when I downloaded the bank statement it shows that you guys are debiting this needs to stop .Why would such a big company have maladministrstion issues Please get your house in order
Good day I am insured with out surance, my sister passed away on Monday morning, so Tuesday I called out surance to inform them ,to find how to claim and which documents. Then I got the documents on Wednesday morning began to send ,to my surprise I called them today with no response I couldn't get through the claims department
