An absolute pleasure dealing with Marius and his team. They handled my move from Greyton to White River with utmost care and professionalism. The workers knew what to do when unpacking and walked the extra mile to assist and accommodate my requests. Marius delivered on his promise to deliver my furniture with short notice. The only team to use for furniture removal - and this was all at the lowest quote compared to 5 other companies. Thank you, Anymoves! You're the best!

Absolutely disgusting service. After filling in a form online as I was not sure what company to use, quite a few companies contacted me. I wish I googled and read some reviews before choosing, unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of time to make an informed decision. Marius from any moves contacted me as well and gave me quite a reasonable quote. When I called him, he seemed very reliable, trustworthy and professional. My issue is this. When I decided to use his services, he called me a few times and insisted that I pay a deposit to secure the booking. We discussed that he would send his truck on Saturday to collect my furniture and boxes. A few days after I paid the deposit, he emailed me and advised that they would have to come on Friday to collect as there was going to be a protest on the high way which he wanted to avoid. I advised Marius that I was only landing in Durban on Thursday evening, and I would not have time to complete packing. Also that if he takes all of me stuff away, I will have nowhere to sleep as I did not plan for Friday night. He insisted that he had to collect on Friday and that there was no other option. He offered to deduct R500 from the full price and that I could use it for alternative accommodation. Reluctantly I agreed as I had already paid the deposit and felt I had no other choice. I was told that they would arrive at 09:00 on Friday morning. On Friday morning, Keysmoves rocks up at 08: 30. I then realize that Marius is just a contractor, as they guys did not even know who Marius is. They collected all my stuff on Friday and when they came to deliver on Monday, they would not offload the truck until I paid the balance. I asked Marius, what happens if any off my stuff is damaged. His reply was that I must call my insurance company as he does not cover damages. Again, I reluctantly paid the balance as the stress of the relocation was becoming too much to handle, and I wanted to move on. So his guys offloaded all my stuff. Many of my boxes where damaged. Bin plastics of clothes where torn. My deep freezer was dented. The jog dial on my washing machine was broken. When I sent Marius a picture of the damage on the washing machine, his reply was this, ''Hi Ritesh. that looks like a washing m? they are unfortunately very sensitive. the guys do take utmost care and are well trained. So sorry about that''. I was so ****ed off, I just ignored the message and decided that when I have the time, I will write a review on another platform that can be viewed by others. It is very easy to sit in an office somewhere and tell me sorry, and that the guys are well trained. This is absolute bull****. Marius did not see how the guys where carrying the furniture and not being careful. They hit stuff against the wall, boxes that where clearly marked fragile where not put down carefully, and I just found his staff to be unpleasant. Its all about money for anymoves. I can understand that they require a deposit to secure bookings, but to insist on payment before delivery is absolute nonsense, even if it is industry standard which Marius quoted. That is just shady business. This should have been communicated to me prior to me paying any monies to them. As far as I am concerned, they got paid their due, and I ended up with damaged stuff. I mean ALL my stuff could have been damaged, and I would not be able to do a thing about it. I really recommend that you Stay Away from Anymoves and Keymovers.

Marius went the extra mile to understand my situation and helped me down to the T. He was transparent and I received all the items in perfect condition. I have moved 5 times in the last 4 years so I know what to look out for. In a simple sentence, their service was done with a touch of class.

Not only shockingly bad service, but also an extortion racket! The move was planned several weeks in advance. I emphasised that pick up date was flexible but the delivery date was critical. Suffice to say repeated excuse after excuse, the goods arrived three days late. Worse was that they claimed goods were more than quoted on and demanded additional payment before they would unload. Extortion! The claim was false. The original inventory had 101 items on it and 101 items were loaded. There were changes, but chief of these was that 3 large items were excluded and NOT taken. The only reasonable conclusion is that they submitted a low quote to secure the business and then resorted to extortion to improve their margin. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I relocated a newly appointed employee from Richards Bay to Middelburg. The Furniture Removal Company robbed our new employee - quoting us as the company on an inventory, after which he (Marius - business owner) - subcontracted a smaller removal van (with a new list - different from the quoted on). The belongings of our new employee could not all fit on the removal van. Marius wanted more money for remaining goods - which we paid for the sake of our new employee. Most of those goods have been damaged (e.g. sleeper couch torn, plasma screen cracked, furniture chipped, etc). Marius does not take responsibility as he says the insurance only covers goods when the van is in an accident, etc
