After almost two weeks I am still awaiting on my eft refund. After a struggle of my ordered number and funds, they adviced that the product is not available. I requested for a refund and I am still waiting on my funds which is not small change. I will definitely be taking them to the Ombudsman
As a first time mommy everything is new. My son started experiencing fever at home and well we were in Mossel Bay we took him to hospital and the doctor advised that it is a throat infection. The following morning at 3 my sons fever was extremely high and we took him to Medi Clinic George. The doctor advised that there is nothing she can do as she does not recommend antibiotics so young. The Wednesday my son was still not well and I had to take him back as he still had fevers. The doctor at the ER made me feel like an *********** mother and that I am taking everything to seriously. Just to find out my son has a UTI. Some staff members makes us as mothers feels like we doing so many thing wrong and saying it in such a way that you dont deserve to be a mother.
On Friday i submitted my script at dischem york street.As a patient suffering from chronic medication the pharmacy did not load my script and yesterday i could not receive my medication. As the one pharmacist assistant was welcoming me the other walked passed and made rude and sarcastic comments. While the Head Pharmacist and Manager of store supported this comments.
They refuse to give me back my cancelation fee. The agent Cherine Swanepoel has the most difficult and horrible manners. She needs how to deal with clients. I canceled on the 17th March 2020 the policy states that I will receive 100 deposit back before if I cancel before 14:00 18 March Match 2020. Now they refusing to give back my money. I will never book again through lekke slaap and will let everyone els know.
I brought a Carmen stand hair dryer. When I received the dryer only had one foot instead of 5. Takealot says return policies states return within 7 working days (which excludes) weekends. When I returned the product they said I failed to return within 7 days (they included the weekend days) which I have not if you exclude the weekend. So now they taking forever to send me back a stand dryer which I will need to try and fix. I learned my lesson from purchasing from them consultants are terrible with attitude problems and no one cares because they already sold a broken item so what do they care
I am so disappointed in Mango Airlines. The staff on the plane are so damn rude. I was flying from Johannesburg to George and there was first a change in boarding gate than the flight was delayed. Got on board and the staff are so damn rude. Really get some tips from Kulula and flysafair
