Philly Cheese-Mistake
I recently visited Akhals at Ormonde opposite McDonald's, and I ordered the Philly Cheese-steak sandwich. Regrettably, they messed it up at a level I can hardly describe. To start with, they use cheese slices, the prepackaged, processed kind. The meat is cut into slivers and has almost no taste, and the peppers are practically raw. I told the lady I wasn't happy, but she dismissed me out of hand, hence this review. Having searched for Akhals, I note 11 reviews on this platform, 7 of which were negative, and that speaks volumes.

Philly Cheese-Mistake

Useless service and wrong food
Totally useless.. almost 2 hours for delivery and still the food received was wrong. Order via Uber eats, now the driver says he only collects and delivers. Paid for food that wasn't ordered.

Disgusting customer service.
A very shocking display of this shop's fast food and little care for their customer or their service. My uncle purchased a burger from them today. The presentation was clumsy and disheartening. When he made this known he was told to " bring it back if he doesn't have the money for it" I have total disregard for these shops because they hardly respect customers. Advise, never buy food there again. Their service specifically from Kevin was a shock.
