The overall setup of the place is modern with understated luxury. Security features include biometric check-in and key-coded mini safes for keys to the apartments. I posted in my feedback on Booking.com that the wifi didn't work, nor did Netflix, i.e., I could not log in using the sign-in details I was given. In fact, each time I input the username, it kept saying the verification email was sent to that email address. Of course, I don't have access to the account, and hence I couldn't log in to Netflix. For my troubles, I was called a "cheapskate loser" who complains most but pays the least. I paid the advertised rate, so I'm not too sure where that came from. I recently visited Akhals at Ormonde opposite McDonald's, and I ordered the Philly Cheese-steak sandwich. Regrettably, they messed it up at a level I can hardly describe. To start with, they use cheese slices, the prepackaged, processed kind. The meat is cut into slivers and has almost no taste, and the peppers are practically raw. I told the lady I wasn't happy, but she dismissed me out of hand, hence this review. Having searched for Akhals, I note 11 reviews on this platform, 7 of which were negative, and that speaks volumes.
Dikeledi is proficient. She has a pleasant disposition and her forbearance for clients is well noted and appreciated.

Had an early morning accident today. Called the Auto and General towing service and they helped within minutes. I spoke to Delia and she's proficient, patient and decisive. Our call was got several times but she was tenacious and kept following up each time. I'm happy with my insurer and the service they provide.
